Job Overview We are seeking Hot Mix Asphalt professionals to support all phases of asphalt paving, and quality control. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in asphalt paving operations who take pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Operate, maintain, or support hot mix asphalt paving operations Assist with start-up, shutdown, and daily production activities Monitor mix quality, temperatures, and production rates Work closely with plant operators, foremen, truck drivers, and paving crews Load trucks, manage material flow, and ensure proper delivery timing Perform routine maintenance, cleanup, and troubleshooting of equipment Follow all safety procedures and jobsite protocols Support paving operations including screed, roller, lute, and labor positions as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Prior experience in hot mix asphalt paving operations Understanding of asphalt materials, equipment, and processes Ability to work long hours, nights, weekends, and in outdoor conditions Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset Willingness to cross-train and assist in multiple roles Mechanical aptitude is a plus
