We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Field Hand to join our crew. You will assist with daily site operations, operate compact equipment, and handle general job-site prep and cleanup. This position is ideal for someone with basic construction knowledge who is eager to build a career in site work and heavy equipment operation. Key Responsibilities Safely operate compact equipment, primarily Skid Steers and Mini Excavators, for digging, grading, and material handling. Perform daily pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance on equipment (greasing, checking fluids, cleaning tracks). Assist with ground labor, including hand digging, grade checking, set-ups, and site cleanup. Secure loads, assist with equipment mobilization, and safely tie down machinery on trailers. Follow safety guidelines, site protocols, and directions from the crew lead.Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Basic background in construction, landscape installation, or site work. Hands-on experience with skid steers or mini excavators required.Work Ethic:
Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive, team-first attitude.Adaptability:
Willingness to learn new skills, take direction well, and work hard.Physical Stamina:
Able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in Central Texas heat, and perform physical labor throughout the day.Transportation:
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to job sites or the shop. (Trailer pulling experience is a plus).Schedule & Expectations:
Hours vary based on weather and active job schedules. Most weeks run 3 to 4 full days of work, with full 40-hour weeks during heavy project cycles.To Apply:
