Position Title:

Asphalt & Paving Laborer

Pay Rate:

$16.00 per hour Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Some weekends required based on project needs Job Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking Laborers with asphalt and paving experience to join our team. Candidates will assist with road construction, paving operations, site preparation, and other general labor duties. This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and supporting paving crews as needed. Responsibilities Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and repair projects Perform site preparation and cleanup Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Operate hand tools and assist equipment operators Maintain a safe and organized work environment Follow all company safety procedures Complete additional labor tasks as assigned Requirements Previous asphalt, paving, construction, or related labor experience preferred Reliable transportation to and from job sites is required Ability to lift, carry, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods Must be able to work outdoors and withstand extreme heat and changing weather conditions Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work occasional weekends Hiring Contact Interested applicants should call and speak with Randy Rodriguez at (806) 939-1642.
