Job Description
What You'll Do Operate scrapers safely and efficiently on large-scale heavy civil and highway projects Cut, load, haul, spread, and finish material to grade and specs Work closely with foremen, grade checkers, and other operators to keep production moving Perform daily equipment inspections and communicate maintenance needs Follow site safety standards and help maintain a clean, organized work area What We're Looking For Proven experience operating scrapers on heavy civil or highway projects Strong understanding of grades, cuts, fills, and production work Ability to work long hours and adapt to changing site conditions Team-first mindset with a strong work ethic Commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done right Equal employment opportunity, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.
