Asphalt worker

Job Overview Asphalt & Seal Coating Crew Member A-Team Asphalt is looking for a hardworking, reliable Asphalt & Seal Coating Crew Member to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with experience in asphalt paving, raking, shoveling, seal coating and general paving operations. . This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well as part of a team, and isn't afraid of physical labor.

Responsibilities:

Rake and shovel asphalt during paving operations Assist with asphalt placement, grading, and compaction Perform seal coating, crack sealing, and surface preparation Operate hand tools, rollers, blowers, and other equipment Assist with traffic control and job site setup Load and unload materials and equipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow company safety procedures and job specifications Assist with concrete, grading, and miscellaneous construction work as needed

Requirements:

Previous asphalt paving experience preferred Experience with raking and shoveling asphalt Seal coating experience preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Valid driver's license required CDL is a plus but not required
