Additional Benefits Company Vehicle Travel expenses paid PTO Duties Operate asphalt pavers and related heavy machinery with precision to lay asphalt according to project specifications Coordinate with the construction crew to ensure proper material placement and paving techniques Conduct routine inspections of paving equipment, perform minor maintenance, and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly Assist with loading materials using loaders or excavators, ensuring timely delivery of supplies to the paving site Support concrete forming, finishing, and pouring activities as needed for adjacent construction tasks Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to site safety procedures Requirements
