Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Asphalt Paver Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating asphalt paving equipment to ensure smooth, durable road surfaces and parking lots. Your expertise will help deliver high-quality paving projects efficiently and safely, contributing to the success of our construction initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize your heavy equipment operation skills, and be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence. Additional Benefits Company Vehicle Travel expenses paid PTO Duties Operate asphalt pavers and related heavy machinery with precision to lay asphalt according to project specifications Coordinate with the construction crew to ensure proper material placement and paving techniques Conduct routine inspections of paving equipment, perform minor maintenance, and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly Assist with loading materials using loaders or excavators, ensuring timely delivery of supplies to the paving site Support concrete forming, finishing, and pouring activities as needed for adjacent construction tasks Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to site safety procedures Requirements
MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL
- Work can be done in multiple states such as Washington, Oregon, Idaho and potentially other states on the west side of the country. Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as asphalt pavers, loaders, excavators, and dump trucks Strong mechanical knowledge related to paving machinery and general construction tools Ability to read construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately Valid driver's license required Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, and general construction site procedures is highly desirable Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive approach to safety and quality standards Join us in building infrastructure that lasts! Pay:
$55.00 - $65.00 per hour
