Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Retaining Wall Laborer/Installer or as a Retaining Wall Foreman. Play a vital role in building commercial sites around the PNW. We primarily work within 45 min of Tacoma, supporting infrastructure projects, both private and public. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing durable retaining walls of most types. However, most of our contracts revolve around mse block wall systems. Retaining walls enhance stability, prevent erosion, and make sites flat and buildable. Whether working on private commercial or public municipal projects, you'll bring precision and craftsmanship to each task while adhering to safety standards and project specifications. Duties & Skills Wall Laborer:

The duties include some physical labor such as excavation support, grading, lifting and placing block wall units, backfilling, and job site cleanup. The role includes assisting with and @ times leading installation of SRW block wall retaining wall systems.

Wall Foreman:

The duties include preparing and organizing work sites, handling materials, operating tools and heavy equipment, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Also, our wall foreman coordinate daily activities on their site, assigning tasks to crew members, monitoring quality and adherence to retaining wall plans, and communicating progress and issues to our customer's on-site staff. Pay:

$24.00 - $35.00 per hour
