  • Full-time Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a restoration foreman.
Duties Coordinate with project manager and/or superintendent for work assignments Oversee and direct 2-4 person crew including communicating daily work assignments to crew members Prepare progress reports, time and material sheets, and other paperwork as requested by the Project Manager Assist with the preparation, placement, and finishing of asphalt and concrete surfaces, ensuring smooth and durable results Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as cutting, shaping, and installing rebar or formwork Form sidewalk, curb, driveway, and roadway patches. Work with operator to excavate and prepare areas including fine grading subbase Place and compact asphalt Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for site setup, material handling, and cleanup Ensure adherence to all safety regulations Train and mentor crew members, helping them develop their skills Monitor quality of work Experience 5 years prior experience working on construction sites with asphalt or concrete projects Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in finishing Demonstrated understanding of safety standards related to construction site work and use of hand tools and power tools Must have valid drivers license Join us in building lasting infrastructure while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment!
