SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Mechanic Grade I All the requires of a Mechanic Helper Read and understand blueprints and sketches. Weld a variety of sub-assemblies in the vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions. Will assist in the fitting of large steel components into a tank while suspended from various working platforms and scaffolding. Fit up and welding tasks of all tank parts and components. General housekeeping. Mechanic Grade II All of the requirements of a Mechanic Grade I No safety violations of fall protection procedures Mechanic Grade III All of the requirements of a Mechanic Grade II No safety violations of fall protection procedures Other duties as assigned.
