In this adaptive role, you'll leverage your mechanical expertise and 8-10+ years of field service experience to maintain and troubleshoot complex boiler equipment. Be able to use a monometer and/or combustion analyzer for example. Your proactive approach will help optimize system performance, prevent downtime, and uphold safety standards across diverse industrial settings. Duties Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial boilers and related systems to ensure optimal operation. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and control diagrams to diagnose issues accurately. Troubleshoot mechanical components, hydraulics, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), and control systems associated with boiler operations. Conduct field service visits to client sites for installation, maintenance, or emergency repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Monitor system performance through gauges, sensors, and control panels; adjust settings to meet safety and efficiency standards. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and system modifications for compliance and future reference. Collaborate with team members and clients to provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating technical information and solutions. Experience Proven industrial mechanic experience with a strong background in boiler systems equipment w/8-10+ years' experience . Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and control diagrams effectively. Hands-on experience with hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and mechanical troubleshooting in an industrial environment. Field service experience working directly at client sites for maintenance or emergency repairs. Knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices with a focus on safety protocols and regulatory compliance. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
