Job Description

Field Technician (Full-Time) Join a team where your technical expertise makes a real impact. We are seeking a hands-on Field Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial boiler and water treatment equipment while delivering exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving mechanical and electrical challenges, working independently, and building strong relationships with customers. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, inspect and repair boiler room equipment, conduct water quality analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and document service activities. You'll also recommend equipment improvements, support installation projects, maintain service vehicle inventory, and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience; technical training or engineering degree is a plus Experience using hand tools and performing field service or maintenance work Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic service documentation Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional attitude with a strong commitment to safety and quality Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites Flexibility to work varying schedules as needed If you enjoy hands-on technical work, take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and want to grow your career with a company that values safety, teamwork, and continuous learning, we'd love to hear from you. #Workwolf
