OHMSTEDE LTD BOILERMAKER
#OHM Essential Duties & Responsibilities Plans layout of Cuts baffles using proper Assembles tie rods and spacers on the bundle Hangs the stationary tube sheets, poke tubes into baffle Rolls tubes placed into tube sheets and Install bundle into shell if Performs hydrostatic testing of assembled Loads completed units onto flatbed Makes tube hole ID records, hydrotest results and dimensional records of Performs assigned tasks in a safe manner, avoiding all unsafe Performs internal quality control by applying acceptable boilermaker Sets up and performs jobs based on shop practices and Other duties as required Qualifications #ohmQualifications:
Knowledge- H.S. diploma or equivalent; or equivalent experience, knowledge of fad shop practices. Skills
- Read and write English language, able to read and interpret drawings, accurately read and interpret measuring devises. Required Tools
- 12" adjustable wrench, 10-20 oz. ball pein hammer, 12" or 14" pipe wrench, set of hex key wrenches, 10 or 12 foot steel tape, adequate tool box. Optional Tools
- Vise-grip pliers, layout tools. Working Conditions
- Heat, noisy, dusty, dirty, cold, chemical exposures, pinching hazards, stand for periods of time, able to bend, push/pull, twist, squat, crawl, lift & climb, requires 50 lb.
