A Boilermaker installs and repairs boilers or other large containers that hold liquids for generating heat or electricity, or for processing chemicals or other products. Assembles very large boilers at installation sites. Repairs boiler pipes and valves and inspects and replaces parts. May work on other large industrial equipment.

Project Information 3-month project assignment Work will be performed throughout an active barge yard Projects may include barges, docks, marine structures, and on-land fabrication or repair work Full-time hours with potential overtime based on project needs Who You Are You are a skilled welder with marine or structural welding experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work in demanding industrial environments. You understand the importance of safety, precision, and efficiency and are comfortable working in changing job site conditions. You are dependable, safety-focused, and committed to delivering quality results. What You'll Do Perform welding, fabrication, and repair work on barges, docks, and marine structures Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications Prepare materials through cutting, grinding, fitting, and layout work Perform structural welding repairs and modifications Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements Operate welding equipment and related tools safely and efficiently Work safely around heavy equipment and active marine operations Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all OSHA, marine safety, and company safety regulations Wear required PPE at all times What We're Looking For Previous marine, structural, or industrial welding experience required Experience working on barges, docks, or marine facilities preferred Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols Strong fabrication and structural welding skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when required Reliable transportation to the job site TWIC Card preferred License/Certification TWIC Card (Preferred) Equal Employment Opportunity Clause We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
