Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Fresno, CA, for a Cement Mason Foreman. The Cement Mason Foreman will oversee and manage masonry projects, including supervising a team, coordinating daily job site activities, and ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities include preparing and finishing concrete, and other duties as assigned. The role involves ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications. Qualifications Knowledge and skills in managing prevailing wage projects Signatory to the local cement mason union Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans Commitment to safety protocols and best practices in construction Prior experience in a similar foreman or supervisory role is highly desired Min. 1 year expereince as a cement mason
