Cement Mason

Position Summary Under the direction of the Facilities & Equipment Superintendent, this position performs all types of concrete work at District facilities as required. May perform other duties as assigned within the Streets and Grounds Department, thus, will include working with the Laborers and Bridge Carpenter. Essential Responsibilities Constructs and installs formwork Mixes, places and finishes concrete Cements stucco and plaster Operates mechanical finishers, grinding machines and trawling machines Applies asphalt paving Knows and follows the safety and health rules and safe working practices applicable to his or her job. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with District employees, customers, vendors and all others contacted during the course of work using principles of excellent customer service. Performs additional related duties as assigned. Regular and reliable attendance and performance is required

$113,214.40 per year
