We specialize in high-quality hardscape and landscape installations throughout Connecticut and are looking for individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship and work ethic. Responsibilities Install concrete paver patios, walkways, landscapes and outdoor living spaces Build retaining walls, seating walls. Perform site preparation, excavation, grading, and base installation. Operate compact equipment, skid steers, mini excavators, and cut-off saws Install landscape materials including mulch, plants, decorative stone, and edging Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining high-quality workmanship Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in masonry, hardscape, or landscape construction Experience building retaining walls and installing paver systems required Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions Experience operating landscape and construction equipment preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and follow direction Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred Skills Experience with Techo-Bloc, ect. Ability to read grades and use laser levels CDL is a plus, but not required Experience leading a crew is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience ($24-$30+ per hour) based on experience.
