Job Description

LANDSCAPE LABORER / INSTALLER - HARDSCAPE DIVISION
Pay:
$23.00 - $30.00 per hour Plus Bonus Program Ashton Pools By Design is hiring experienced outdoor construction team members for high-end pool, hardscape, and outdoor living projects throughout Sussex County. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with experience in: Paver installation including concrete pavers, marble, travertine, and porcelain pavers Retaining walls Outdoor kitchens Fire features Pool decks and outdoor living spaces Additional beneficial, but not required skills: Stone veneer Masonry work Concrete work Grading and drainage Pool construction
Bilingual English/Spanish Qualifications:
Valid driver's license required Experience with paver installation, retaining walls, grading, and site work required Ability to read plans and layouts preferred Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Hardscape construction experience is required. Candidates with landscape maintenance experience only (mowing, mulching, lawn care, and maintenance services) will not be considered.
