This position plays a critical role in keeping projects productive by supplying materials, preparing mortar, maintaining equipment, and assisting bricklayers and masons on the jobsite. Whether you have previous masonry experience or are looking to start a career in the trades, we provide opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities Stock brick, block, mortar, and other materials for masonry crews. Mix mortar and grout to proper consistency. Set up and maintain scaffolding and work areas. Cut and stage materials as directed. Assist bricklayers and masons to keep work progressing efficiently. Operate skid loaders, forklifts, and other equipment (experience preferred). Maintain a clean and safe jobsite. Follow company safety policies and OSHA standards. Work with crews to meet project schedules and quality expectations. Requirements Previous construction or masonry experience preferred, but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 75+ pounds regularly. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Dependable attendance and positive attitude.
