Masonry Worker Hiring Immediately Overview:
We are hiring a Masonry Worker to support residential and commercial construction projects. This role includes tuckpointing, repointing, grinding, brick repair, chimney restoration, and laying brick, block, and stone. You will operate masonry tools, work on restoration projects, complete repairs, and support general construction labor tasks. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who wants steady work, reliable hours, and long-term growth in the skilled trades.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform tuckpointing and repointing on brick and block structures Lay brick, block, and stone for new construction and repair projects Repair chimneys and masonry walls, including structural rebuilds Operate grinders, mixers, scaffolding, and lifts safely Mix mortar, grout, and concrete and assist with concrete pours Handle materials, cleanup, and general labor tasks Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain high-quality workmanship
Skills and Experience:
2+ years of masonry or tuckpointing experience preferred Ability to lay brick, block, and stone accurately Experience using masonry hand and power tools Comfort working at heights and lifting 50+ lbs Strong attention to detail and safety mindset Helpful additional experience: concrete finishing, grout mixing, general construction labor, or willingness to learn new techniques
