We take great pride in our craftsmanship, ensuring total customer satisfaction and minimal disruption to our customers' homes. We are expanding our operations and launching a brand-new masonry division. We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled Mason / Bricklayer with at least 5 years of experience to get this division off the ground. To start, you will be working independently in the field. As the division grows and proves successful, a right-fit candidate will quickly transition into a Management Role —building, training, and leading your own crew. No prior chimney industry experience is required—if you know how to lay brick and block perfectly, we will fully train you on our specific fireplace and chimney applications.
Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:
$26.00 per hour (Full-Time, 40-hour workweek: Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5 PM)
Guaranteed Growth:
$2.00/hour raise every quarter for your first year.
Performance Bonuses:
$50 bonus for each additional job completed daily beyond the standard workload.
Time Off:
8 paid days off annually + Employee discount.

Responsibilities Independent Field Work:
Run and complete masonry jobs independently to start, ensuring high-quality results.
Expert Brickwork & Repairs:
Perform high-quality bricklaying, block work, tuckpointing, masonry repairs, and structural rebuilding.
Roof Comfortability:
Comfortably and safely work at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and roofs (where our masonry work takes place).
Safety & Maintenance:
Follow strict safety guidelines, adhere to project specifications, and keep tools and the company truck in excellent condition.
Future Management:
Demonstrate the leadership, reliability, and work ethic required to eventually transition into managing a full masonry team.
Requirements & Experience Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of professional masonry/bricklaying experience (Required).
Independence & Drive:
Ability to work efficiently on your own without constant supervision, with the ambition to step into a management role.
Detail-Oriented:
Precision work ethic with a strong focus on clean, professional craftsmanship.
Logistics:
Valid driver's license (required to drive the company truck).
