This is real work — brick, mortar, crowns, rebuilds, rooftops, and teamwork. We're looking for someone who already knows the trade and is ready to step in and make an impact. What We're Looking For 5+ years of masonry experience required Chimney masonry experience strongly preferred (rebuilds, crowns, tuckpointing) Strong knowledge of brick, mortar, and structural repair techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfort working at heights (roofs and ladders) Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Team-first mindset — we value camaraderie and helping each other succeed High personal integrity — we do honest work and stand behind it Attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship Valid Driver's License We're looking for someone who knows the trade, takes ownership of their work, and shows up ready to deliver quality work every day.
