This is a full-time position working on commercial masonry projects at various job sites throughout the Indianapolis and surrounding areas, including Central Indiana. Previous masonry or construction experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train dependable individuals who are willing to work and learn the trade. Pay is $20-$23 per hour , based on experience and ability. Typical work weeks are approximately 30-40 hours , depending on weather, project schedules, and job-site conditions. Paid time off available after one year of employment. Responsibilities Assist masons with daily masonry work Load, unload, carry, and stage brick, block, mortar, and other materials Mix and prepare mortar Set up and maintain work areas for masons Assist with scaffolding and job-site setup Operate basic hand and power tools safely Keep work areas clean and remove debris Follow job-site and company safety procedures Perform other general masonry and construction labor as needed Work cooperatively with foremen, masons, laborers, and other members of the construction team Qualifications Masonry or construction experience is helpful, but not required Must be dependable and report to work on time Willingness to learn and follow instructions Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor construction work Ability to lift and carry masonry materials throughout the workday Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and at different job sites Ability to work safely around scaffolding, ladders, equipment, and construction materials Manitory annual OSHA training Provided Reliable transportation and the ability to report to assigned job sites We are looking for people who are dependable, willing to work, and interested in learning the masonry trade . Experienced applicants are welcome, but we are also willing to train the right individuals.

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
