We build bluestone patios, retaining walls, pool coping, stone veneer, pergolas, and full hardscape systems for residential and commercial clients. We're picky about who we hire because we're picky about how the work gets done. If you're someone who takes pride in clean lines, tight joints, and a job site that looks organized at the end of every day — keep reading. The Role You'll be on active job sites running stone and masonry work alongside our crew. This isn't entry-level. You should already know how to read a layout, set bluestone clean, mix mortar without thinking about it, and spot a bad base before it becomes a callback. You'll work on a mix of natural stone hardscapes, brick, concrete, and renovation projects across MA and NH. What You'll Build

• Bluestone, granite, and flagstone patios and walkways
• Segmental and natural stone retaining walls
• Pool coping and outdoor living structures
• Stone veneer — interior and exterior
• Brick masonry, repointing, and chimney work
• Concrete flatwork and footings
• Tile renovation projects when needed What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of professional masonry experience
• Confident with both dry-lay and wet-set installations
• Solid blueprint and layout reading skills
• Hands-on experience cutting stone with wet saws
• Able to work independently and as part of a small crew
• Reliable transportation (we travel across MA and NH daily)
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year-round
• Communication skills in English required (Portuguese is a plus) Bonus Points
• Pool coping and pergola/deck integration experience
• Tile renovation background
• OSHA 10 or 30 (we'll pay for it if you don't have it) What We Offer
