We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Working Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction disciplines, including masonry, carpentry, and renovation. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure quality workmanship in areas such as mason , and hardscape. Review project specifications and requirements Ensure proper use of hand tools and power tools by team members on-site. Implement effective communication strategies among team members to foster collaboration. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Maintain a clean and organized job site, enforcing safety protocols at all times. Provide training and mentorship to junior staff in various skills including plastering, trim carpentry, tile laying, and welding. Requirements Proven experience in managing masonry and carpentry or a similar role within the industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team of tradespeople. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Valid certifications related to heavy equipment operation or other relevant areas are advantageous. A commitment to maintaining high safety standards on the job site.
