Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, from initial planning and blueprint interpretation to the final touches that bring structures to life. Your expertise will contribute to creating durable, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environments across various construction sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on professionals passionate about craftsmanship, quality, and teamwork. Responsibilities Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction processes. Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently on diverse job sites. Install rebar, metal stud framing, and perform concrete forming and finishing to meet project specifications. Execute masonry tasks such as bricklaying, tile laying, stucco application, and plastering with precision. Conduct renovation and restoration work, including carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, caulking, and drywall installation. Read and interpret construction plans to coordinate with team members on-site for timely project completion. Ensure compliance with safety standards by properly handling tools like hand tools and adhering to site safety protocols. Skills Extensive experience in concrete forming, concrete finishing, and rebar installation. Proficiency in construction estimating and blueprint reading for accurate project planning. Skilled in masonry techniques including tile laying, stucco application, and plastering. Strong knowledge of carpentry disciplines such as frame carpentry, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and roofing. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans for precise execution. Hands-on experience with caulking, welding, restoration projects, and the use of hand tools and power tools on active sites.
