Duties Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity and quality. Operate hand tools, power tools, and safely to support masonry and construction activities. Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and assist with layout work. Aid in renovation and restoration projects by preparing surfaces, mixing materials. Maintain a clean and organized worksite by properly storing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Prior experience in construction sites or masonry-related roles is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprints reading. Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation and other masonry skills is a plus. Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently while working on complex construction projects. Strong physical stamina to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual labor for extended periods. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques in masonry and construction trades.
