as a Masonry Worker and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the beauty and functionality of our city. This role offers hands-on experience in masonry, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects in Detroit.
Responsibilities:
Construct and repair structures made of brick, block, and stone. Mix and apply mortar and other materials as required. Ensure quality and safety standards are met on all projects. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Assist in site preparation and cleanup as needed. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in masonry or construction preferred. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials. Knowledge of masonry techniques and materials. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
