Social Worker in Mason, MI

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. This role requires a fully licensed LMSW through LARA, along with Full Approval or Professional Certification as a School Social Worker through MDE. Key Responsibilities:

Provide social work support to K-12 students, addressing behavioral, emotional, and social challenges Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to develop and implement intervention plans Conduct assessments and develop individualized strategies to support student well-being and academic success Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of supportive school policies Offer crisis intervention and referral services as needed
