We are dedicated to safety, craftsmanship, and building long-term relationships with our clients and team members. Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Bricklayer / Laborer to join our growing construction team. In this role, you will work on a variety of residential and commercial masonry projects, performing high-quality brick, block, and stone installations. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works well with a team, and maintains a strong commitment to safety and quality. This is a hands-on position offering steady work, the opportunity to work on diverse projects, and the ability to further develop your masonry skills while contributing to long-lasting structures in our community. Responsibilities Lay brick, concrete block, and stone according to project specifications and blueprints Mix mortar and prepare masonry materials for installation Cut and shape brick, stone, and blocks using hand tools and power tools Install brick veneer, block walls, and stonework for residential and commercial structures Perform repairs and restoration of existing masonry structures when required Strike, finish, and clean mortar joints to achieve a professional appearance Measure and align masonry units to ensure level, plumb, and structurally sound installations Assist with site preparation including material staging and equipment organization Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with safety standards Follow project timelines while maintaining high quality craftsmanship Requirements Proven experience in bricklaying, masonry, or related construction work Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs) throughout the workday Experience working with brick, stone, concrete block, or similar materials Comfortable using masonry hand tools and power tools Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Experience with custom brickwork, stone veneer, or decorative masonry Experience on residential, commercial, or renovation projects Knowledge of masonry restoration or repair techniques Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Ability to read basic construction plans or layouts Valid Class A CDL Clean driving record Ability to perform physically demanding construction work Basic understanding of construction job site safety Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions OSHA 10 Benefits Union benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, steady work opportunities On-the-job training and skill development Travel reimbursement for occasional out-of-town work Opportunities to grow skills and advance within the company Join our team if you take pride in building durable, high-quality masonry work and enjoy working in a fast-paced construction environment.
