Full-Time / Part-Time Job Summary All Elite Construction is hiring an Experienced Mason / Hardscape Installer with hands-on experience in pavers, retaining walls, and step construction. This is NOT a general labor position. We are looking for someone who understands proper base prep, compaction, and pitch, and takes pride in clean, high-quality work. Responsibilities Install paver patios, walkways, and driveways (Cambridge, Techo-Bloc, etc.) Build retaining walls, steps, and sitting walls Perform excavation (6-10"), grading, and base preparation Install geotextile fabric, clean gravel, and screed stone Ensure proper pitch and drainage away from structures Cut pavers and wall block cleanly and accurately Maintain a clean and organized job site Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Minimum 2+ years hands-on hardscape experience Must understand: Base prep in lifts Proper compaction Pitch (minimum 1/4" per foot away from house) Experience with retaining walls and step construction Must be punctual and dependable Compensation $150-$250 per day based on experience, skill level, and productivity Higher pay available for installers who can run jobs and work independently Opportunity for growth into crew leader positions How to Apply Reply with: Photos of past work Brief description of your experience Availability Final Note We run organized jobs and expect quality work.
