As a key leader in our team, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise skilled tradespeople, and ensure that all masonry work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your expertise will drive the successful completion of projects that range from commercial renovations to new construction, emphasizing craftsmanship in concrete, brick, stone, and related materials. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while working on diverse and challenging projects. Duties Lead and supervise masonry crews, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other trades to align schedules and resources Oversee concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work to ensure durability and aesthetic quality Manage rebar installation, metal stud framing, and other structural components integral to masonry projects Lead crews in CMU installation, as well as other stone types as-needed on projects Operate or oversee the use of power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely on-site Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment Experience Proven experience in construction site management with a focus on masonry projects Extensive knowledge of concrete forming and finishing Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes Hands-on experience with concrete, CMU block, stone veneer, cultured stone, and the preparation process for each Familiarity with heavy equipment operation relevant to masonry work such as mixers or lifts Strong background in renovation and restoration projects involving masonry components Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards and quality workmanship Join us as a Masonry Foreman to lead innovative projects that transform spaces!
