In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction activities, including concrete work, masonry, framing, and renovation projects. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work with precision and attention to detail Install rebar and metal studs for structural support in various building projects Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate efficient construction processes Execute masonry tasks such as bricklaying, stucco application, tile laying, and plastering Conduct framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, and caulking to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic appeal Read and interpret schematics for electrical or plumbing systems as needed for renovation projects Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively while adhering to safety protocols Assist in the installation of hardscape features like walkways or patios using appropriate techniques Support site restoration efforts by performing demolition, cleanup, and preparation activities Experience Proven construction site experience with a strong background in concrete forming, masonry, carpentry, or related trades Hands-on experience with blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings or schematics Familiarity with construction estimating processes and material calculations Knowledge of rebar installation, stucco application, tile laying, and plastering techniques Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on active job sites Experience working with hand tools and power tools in various construction environments Demonstrated understanding of safety standards and best practices within the construction industry Join our team as a where your skills will help build lasting structures while advancing your career in a vibrant and supportive environment.
