Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Mason to join our landscape construction team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with stonework, hardscaping, and masonry installation, along with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. You'll work on a variety of projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and custom stone features. Key Responsibilities Install stone, brick, block, and pavers for patios, walkways, driveways, and retaining walls Construct, repair, and finish masonry structures with precision Read and interpret project plans, measurements, and layouts Operate masonry tools and equipment safely and efficiently Assist with site prep, grading, and material handling Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to meet project timelines Qualifications 2+ years of professional masonry or hardscape installation experience Strong knowledge of stone, brick, block, and paver installation techniques Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Experience using masonry saws, compactors, and related equipment Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50-75 lbs Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work on uneven surfaces for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain) Ability to operate tools and equipment safely and effectively Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday Compensation & Benefits $25
