Job Description
Commercial Masonry Bricklayer
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Masonry Bricklayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining brick, block, and other masonry structures for commercial projects. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lay bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials to construct or repair walls, partitions, arches, and other commercial structures.
- Repair existing masonry structures, including removing damaged areas and replacing bricks or blocks as necessary.
- Follow all safety protocols and use proper tools and equipment to minimize hazards on the job site.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a masonry bricklayer, preferably in commercial construction. .
- Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and methods used in masonry construction.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with construction site safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
- Outdoor construction sites with exposure to various weather conditions.
- Standing, bending, and lifting heavy materials for extended periods.
