I am looking for someone who has a truck that I can trust to go on jobsites on your own and get the job done. Experience is absolutely necessary with examples of work you have done. The pay is Based on a percentage of the job. The more you do the more you make and it can range from $30-35 an hour or so. I also give bonuses for good work. I need a right hand man I can count on. Responsibilities Prepare concrete forms, frameworks, and reinforcement such as rebar installation to ensure structural integrity. Mix, pour, spread, and finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve smooth, durable finishes. Read blueprints and schematics accurately to follow project specifications and ensure precise execution. Operate heavy equipment including concrete mixers, pumps, and other machinery safely and efficiently on construction sites. Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other masonry elements with attention to detail. Perform restoration work by repairing existing concrete structures or masonry surfaces to extend their lifespan. Utilize skills in carpentry, roofing, plastering, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, and metal stud framing as needed for various projects. Handle heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining compliance with safety protocols on construction sites. Read and interpret construction plans and schematics to coordinate tasks effectively across teams. Apply caulking and trim carpentry techniques for finishing touches that enhance project quality. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation. Experience with construction estimating processes for material needs and project timelines. Proficiency in rebar installation, concrete forming, finishing techniques, and masonry work. Ability to operate power tools such as mixers, saws, drills, and other hand tools confidently. Solid understanding of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for accurate project execution. Knowledge of heavy equipment operation including concrete pumps and other machinery used in large-scale projects. Familiarity with various construction disciplines including renovation work, restoration projects, framing (metal stud), roofing, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, welding, caulking, plastering, trim carpentry, and heavy lifting techniques. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred for transporting materials or equipment when necessary.
