• Position Overview Melum Masonry is looking for a dependable, skilled Mason to join our team.

This is a full-time field position focused on residential masonry work including repair, restoration, and stone veneer installation. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, shows up consistently, and can work as part of a small, professional crew. Experience in masonry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This role offers steady, year-round work with a company that values craftsmanship, organization, and a solid team culture.

• Responsibilities May Include the

Following:

• Installation of stone veneer (manufactured and natural)
• Chimney repair, rebuilds, and restoration work
• Tuckpointing and mortar joint repair
• Stone fireplace surrounds and custom masonry features
• Brick and block repair and replacement
• Light masonry restoration and structural repair work
• Mixing mortar and handling materials
• Jobsite preparation and cleanup
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Working as part of a small crew to complete residential projects
• What We're Looking For
• Masonry experience preferred (brick, block, or stone)
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Physical ability to handle construction materials and tools
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to maintain clean and professional job sites
