Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for a dependable, skilled carpenter to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in siding installation, roofing, window and door installation, finish carpentry, rough carpentry, and general construction. This role requires attention to detail, sound judgment on the job site, and a consistent commitment to high-quality workmanship. The right person can work independently, stay productive, and maintain professional standards from start to finish. - Perform a range of carpentry work, including framing, installation, repairs, and finish work
- Install and work confidently with a variety of siding materials
- Assist with roofing, window and door installation, and other general construction projects as needed
- Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship Requirements
- 3+ years of carpentry experience preferred
- Experience with siding, roofing, window and door installation, finish carpentry, rough carpentry, and general construction
- Ability to work a consistent 40-hour week
- Must pass a background check
- Must remain free from drug or alcohol use during work hours
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
