Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter or new to construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with power tools, ladders, ability to read a tape measure and use of basic hand tools. Miah Construction is looking for the right workers to join our crews long term. We are willing to train individuals with limited to no experience. The ideal candidate is someone who is willing to take instruction, learn, work hard, and stay committed to our crew year round. Pay is dependent on experience and proven work ethic.Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry work
- Utilize power tools and CNC equipment for various projects
- Ability to be on ladders (not afraid of heights )
- Read and interpret blueprints for construction projects
- Collaborate with team members on framing projects
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in carpentry and laborer roles
- Proficiency in using power tools and CNC machinery
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail in all tasks
