Job Description
Lunko Realty LLC is hiring an experienced carpenter for full-time residential remodeling, repair, and construction work in the Huntsville, Alabama area. Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, assemble, install, and repair wood and other building materials.
- Perform framing, trim, molding, door, cabinet, and hardware installation.
- Complete residential remodeling, property repairs, and general carpentry work.
- Read plans, measurements, and work instructions and plan required materials.
- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
- Communicate progress, material needs, and job-site problems.
- Travel to job sites throughout the Huntsville area. Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional carpentry experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Own basic carpentry hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift construction materials, climb ladders, and complete physical work during approximately 8-hour shifts. Compensation and schedule
- $25•30 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills.
- Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Schedule is flexible around project requirements.
- Start as soon as possible.
- No benefits are currently offered.
Pay:
$25.00- $30.
