Finish Carpenter

We are actively seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrates ability to learn new skills and continually refine your skills to reach perfection Upholds the standards of the company along with a strong moral center. Ensures safe working conditions. Balancing the execution of job requirements as well as ensuring worker safety and taking preventative measures. Works closely with subcontractors to ensure that we receive highest quality workmanship

MUST BE ON TIME, EVERY TIME!

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 2 to 3 years of experience in carpentry, trim, drywall, tiling, minor electrical and plumbing Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check Must have valid driver license Must be able to read blueprints Own standard set of tools to perform tasks (Most hand tools, drill set) Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills. Time Management - Ability to prioritize and organize tasks Professional appearance and demeanor Must be able to work full schedule and any additional overtime hours with little to no notification.

HOURS, WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is a full-time position with the ability to go into overtime hours. Working hours vary from job site and/or project timeline, but generally the hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 P.M. - 6:00 A.M. Must be able to work occasional weekends, (Saturday nights or Sunday). This position requires traveling to job sites as assigned. Job sites are mainly within Little Rock and areas within Arkansas. This position will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting and/or lifting. Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
