Job Description

Apprentice Carpenter —
Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, four 10-hour days, with occasional overtime available We are a residential remodeling company specializing in kitchen and bath remodeling and New Construction. We are looking for a dependable Apprentice Carpenter with some construction experience who wants to continue learning the trade and grow with an experienced remodeling team. This is a hands-on role for someone who already has basic jobsite experience and is ready to build stronger carpentry and remodeling skills. Responsibilities The Apprentice Carpenter will assist lead carpenters with daily jobsite tasks, including: Assisting with kitchen and bathroom remodels Helping with framing, trim, cabinetry, drywall, flooring, doors, windows, and general carpentry tasks Measuring, cutting, carrying, staging, and organizing materials Using basic hand tools and power tools safely Jobsite cleanup and debris removal Loading and unloading materials Following instructions from lead carpenters and supervisors Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area Learning proper construction methods, safety practices, and trade skills Qualifications Construction, remodeling, carpentry, or general labor experience required Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools required Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to show up on time and work a full day Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various jobsite conditions Must be dependable, respectful, and safety-minded Requirements Valid driver's license preferred Must be able to lift 50+ lbs Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work on your feet throughout the day Must be able to work as part of a team Must be willing to follow company standards and jobsite safety rules What We Offer Steady residential remodeling work On-the-job training Opportunity to learn kitchen and bath remodeling Growth potential within the company Competitive pay based on skill level and reliability A team-oriented work environment
