Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. This role oversees all financial operations for a growing, multi-faceted healthcare organization with 200+ employees and approximately $20 million in annual revenue . The CFO will be a key partner to the executive team, responsible for financial strategy, compliance, operational support, and long-term financial planning across multiple service lines. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to executive leadership Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and healthcare-specific financial regulations Manage cash flow, capital planning, and financial risk Lead and develop finance and accounting teams Support growth initiatives, acquisitions, and scalability efforts Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance Required Qualifications Active CPA license (required) Minimum of 5 years of senior-level financial leadership experience Experience in healthcare or multi-entity organizations Experience managing organizations with hundreds of employees Experience overseeing financial operations for organizations with ~$20M in annual revenue Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, compliance, and financial reporting Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills Willingness to relocate to Mountain Home, Arkansas Preferred Qualifications Prior CFO or equivalent executive-level experience Experience in multi-location or multi-service healthcare organizations Background in growth-oriented or entrepreneurial healthcare environments Why Join Us High-impact executive leadership role Stable and growing healthcare organization Competitive compensation and benefits package Quality of life opportunity in Mountain Home, Arkansas , with access to outdoor recreation and a strong community
