Key requirements:
Skilled in basic carpentry tasks as in: cutting wood, cabinetry, gluing, finishing and assembling. Can work independently with minimal direction and supervision. Able to operate hand tools, power tools and equipment safety. Self-motivated/proactive ( not standing around or on their phone). Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment. Securing and putting away all tools, equipment, materials after end of each workday. Strenght to perform average lifting up to 35 pounds . Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols diligently.
