In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise finish carpentry and installation work on a variety of residential, commercial, and restoration projects. Your expertise will ensure high-quality craftsmanship, timely project completion, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced environment where safety, accuracy, and professionalism are paramount. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install interior and exterior trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and fixtures with precision and attention to detail Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete carpentry tasks on-site Perform framing work including metal stud framing and wood framing as needed for various projects Install siding, stucco, roofing components, drywall, plastering elements, and other exterior or interior finishes Conduct restoration work such as water damage remediation, mold remediation, or structural repairs with quality craftsmanship Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and team members to ensure seamless project flow and adherence to safety standards Preferred NOT Required Proven experience in finish carpentry, trim carpentry, framing carpentry, or related construction roles with a focus on detailed installation work Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution Skilled in the use of hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers) and power tools (drills, saws) essential for carpentry tasks Knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to interpret construction plans effectively Experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Familiarity with various materials including wood, metal studs, concrete forms, stucco finishes, siding materials, tiles, flooring options, and cabinetry installation techniques Additional skills such as plumbing knowledge, electrical experience or masonry are advantageous but not mandatory Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail to ensure quality craftsmanship in every project Join our team if you're passionate about delivering top-tier craftsmanship in a collaborative environment!
