Were a residential custom remodeling and finish carpentry company working on high-end, multi-million-dollar homes. Our projects require custom solutions, adaptability, and a high level of finish quality, not cookie-cutter trim packages.

This position is intentionally designed for an experienced finish carpenter who can raise the standard on-site and help lead less experienced carpenters by example.

Core Finish Carpentry (Primary Responsibilities)Install tongue and groove (walls & ceilings)Build and install custom wood beamsHang interior and exterior doorsInstall baseboard, door casing, crown moldingApplied and decorative moldingCustom trim details and problem-solving in the fieldSupporting Work (As Needed)Light painting & finishingOther misc. remodeling-related tasks when requiredYoull work mostly alongside others, but must be fully capable of working independently when needed and setting the standard for quality.
