We're looking for someone with a serious passion for high-quality work and a commitment to precision that sets them apart. We're a busy company, and the ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who can handle a wide variety of tasks and isn't afraid of a challenge. Key Responsibilities Execute High-Quality Finishes:
Perform all aspects of finish carpentry, including the precise installation of our custom cabinetry, booths, hardware, fixtures, and other architectural millwork.
Handle Diverse Construction Tasks:
Your versatility will be a major asset on various projects, as you'll be handling a wide range of hands-on work. This includes frame carpentry, drywall, and other tasks required for a seamless installation of the products we build. Read the
Blueprint:
Accurately read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and design schematics to ensure our products are installed to exact specifications.
Work Collaboratively:
Team up with other skilled professionals like plumbers, electricians, and masons to ensure a seamless workflow and meet project deadlines. Maintain a
Safe Environment:
Keep a clean and organized work area and strictly adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for everyone.
Qualifications Proven Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in finish carpentry and general commercial construction.
Proficiency:
A strong background in finish carpentry with proficiency in using a wide variety of hand and power tools common to the trade.
Problem-Solver:
Excellent problem-solving skills and a sharp attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise on-site.
Physical Strength:
Able to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting up to 80 lbs.
Great Attitude:
A positive attitude and strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Reliability:
