Job Description

Cottonwood Construction is a full service general contractor performing residential and commercial ground ups. We self-perform mainly wood framing as well as interior trim work. We also act as a subcontractor for wood framing and trim work for many of our trusted clients and we are continuing to grow. The ideal candidate would have the people skills to interact with anyone from superintendents to home owners and all the various points of contact in between.
Responsibilities:
>Manage and oversee small carpentry crews on various size projects dedicating your day hands-on where you see most fit while maintaining project schedules. >Read and interpret blueprints, assigning tasks to carpenters based on plans. >Manage the procurement of materials for multiple sites as needed in collaboration with a project manager to ensure the most efficient use of time and resources. >Track employee time in relation to project association. >Maintain safe and clean worksite. >Represent Cottonwood Construction with pride and professionalism at all times.
Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
License/Certification:
OSHA 10 or 30 (Preferred) Driver's License (Preferred) Citizenship or work visa (Preferred) Ability to
