What You'll Do Concrete Laborers Assist with layout, excavation, formwork, and concrete placement Support slab‑on‑grade, wall, and deck pours Operate hand and power tools safely Perform site prep, cleanup, and general labor tasks Work closely with carpenters and foremen to maintain production pace Carpenters Build and install formwork for foundations, walls, decks, and structural elements Read and interpret plans, drawings, and layout details Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision Collaborate with field leadership to maintain quality and efficiency Contribute to safe, clean, and organized jobsites What We're Looking For Experience in concrete construction, carpentry, or related trades Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors Familiarity with jobsite safety and PPE requirements Reliable transportation to Ventura & Los Angeles County job sites Preferred OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Experience with structural concrete or commercial projects Ability to work overtime when needed Why Work Through Aerotek for This Client Access to long‑term, stable projects Weekly pay and consistent hours Opportunities for growth with a respected contractor Support from Aerotek recruiters who advocate for you A professional, safety‑driven work environment Ready to Get Started? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agoura Hills, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
