We're looking for a skilled, reliable Framer to join our team for a currently ongoing remodel project. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and understands the demands of remodel work. Responsibilities Perform wood framing for walls, floors, ceilings, and structural components Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications Install doors, windows, headers, beams, and other framing elements Work safely and maintain a clean, organized job site Collaborate with project managers and other trades to keep the project on schedule Troubleshoot framing issues that arise during remodels (e.g., out‑of‑square structures, existing conditions) Requirements 3+ years of framing experience (remodel experience strongly preferred) Strong understanding of residential construction methods Ability to measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision Proficiency with hand and power tools Reliable transportation and valid ID Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding Strong work ethic and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience working on occupied homes Ability to lead small tasks or assist with layout Knowledge of local building codes Looking to hire ASAP - please only apply if you have the experience.
