as a Carpenter, where you'll play a vital role in transforming spaces and ensuring quality craftsmanship. Be part of a team dedicated to restoring homes and businesses in CA's central valley from Fresno to Delano, while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements. Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand and power tools. Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations during all projects. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to complete projects on time. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing structures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role in the construction industry. Knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials, including framing, cabinetry, and finishing. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and clean DMV record, and reliable transportation to job sites. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
